Kurt Barringhaus, MD, is an interventional cardiologist with Prisma Health and a clinical associate professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from Saint Louis University in St. Louis and completed his internship and residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He completed cardiovascular and interventional cardiology fellowships at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, and is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.
